About the Workshop

Who's it For?

Jewish men of all backgrounds, ages 20–70, who want to strengthen their emotional wellbeing and deepen their relationships. Whether you’re seeking clarity, balance, or renewed purpose, this workshop offers a grounded path toward greater connection and inner strength.

Group Size

With only 14 participants and 12 staff members, the workshop offers an almost one-to-one ratio, creating a close and supportive environment where every person is seen and fully guided.

Modalities

The WellBeing method is an immersive, hands-on experience that blends the most effective tools from modern psychology and experiential learning into one clear, transformative process. Drawing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, Psychodrama, and more, the workshop weaves guided processes, movement, reflection, and group connection.  The result is a grounded, structured, and deeply experiential journey in a safe, supportive environment.  A place where men can reconnect to their inner strength, clarity, and wellbeing- creating real change, not just insight.

Down to earth, real, and safe. The workshop is not weird or ritualistic—but authentic, experiential work that helps you rediscover what’s already within you.

3. Is this therapy?

Pre Workshop

Registration starts when you reach out to the WellBeing team—either by booking a call or filling out the registration form. You’ll have a short conversation with a team member to answer your questions and ensure the workshop is a good fit. Once confirmed, payment secures your spot—and then you just wait for the journey to begin!

About ten days before the workshop, you’ll get an email with all the details—packing suggestions, travel info, and transport options (group transport is available if needed).

The night before, get a good night’s sleep and let others know you’ll be offline during the workshop.

There is group transportation available from the central bus station in Yerushalayim for those who will not be driving. Upon arrival, we’ll daven Mincha, and from there, the workshop begins.

Mid Workshop

The workshop begins around 1 p.m. upon arrival, when you’ll complete any necessary forms and finalize payment. From there, we dive straight into a full 48-hour schedule of interactive experiences—whole-group sessions, one-on-one interactions, and mini-group activities.

Days start early and run until around 10 p.m., with full meals provided at regular intervals. While the schedule is full, there will be time to check in with home. A staff member’s phone number will also be shared with all participants for others to reach you in case of an emergency.

The workshop concludes shortly after noon on the third day—48 hours after your arrival.

Post Workshop

Following the workshop, you’ll be invited to take part in two group Zoom calls, held one week apart, along with a personal follow-up call from a staff member. You’ll also have a workshop workbook and recording to review and integrate what you’ve learned.

Additional follow-up opportunities are available—see the next section for details.

Integration

To help you integrate your experiences and continue your growth, we offer affordable, convenient follow-up opportunities, including monthly groups and mini-workshops. Both have been highly valued by past participants.
